The
Blue Cottage
Vacation house with a panoramic view
Situated in the hill village of Gordes, one of the most beautiful parts of the Provence region of southern France, is a small cottage, only minutes by foot from the village center but in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds. It has spectacular views and complete privacy.
This cottage, built in 1999, has two cozy rooms furnished with charming provincial antiques; a shaded verandah with garden furniture; a combined living and dining room with an integrated kitchen corner, completely equipped with dishes, cooking utensils and dishwasher. The cottage can sleep up to four persons with a double sofa bed in the living room and a large bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with shower and two basins is accessible from the corridor linking the two rooms. Linens are provided.
This cottage is in the grounds of a larger villa, although completely independent and with a separate entrance. It is located at one end of the villa gardens, which consist of terraces planted with olive trees and local flowers at the edge of a cliff overlooking the Luberon plain. For this reason, it is not suitable for small children. There is a heated swimming pool in the grounds, which can be used by the tenants.
A wireless network (Wi-Fi) is operated on the grounds.
Rental arrangements
The cottage can be rented at any time during the year. It is heated in the wintertime.
The all-inclusive price is 150 Euros/day. (Prices for 3 weeks or more on request)
